| H, forgive me for butting in. I hope you don't mind that I reviewed these. I know Neal is in Okinawa and he briefed me on the meeting you had last week. I've reviewed the contracts for readability - edits attached. Question on the contract = Neal's hourly rate is 400 - 450 yet you've got the highest attorney rate at 350? Did Neal agree to work for 350 an hour? The MSA requires some changes to the bookkeeping. Please keep Bethany apprized because it requires a different management of the money. Are there any other clients you have something like this in place with? If so, please provide a copy for Bethany. To Date we are not charging "interest" on any over due payments. We will need to set up a process in QB to monitor, track, calculate, etc... M |
