Haytham, I've done everything on the request except for the proffer of expected testimony paragraph. How much detail do you want me to go into on GySgt Kelton's expected testimony? You were pretty specific in your example, so I just want to confirm. I can pick out the specifics of which specs were Kelton, or just say that she can testify that certain acts were not SSgt Lopez, but were GySgt Kelton and can testify as to mitigating circumstances in that other members of the platoon, company, and OCS staff saw the acts and they were not corrected. Let me know what you think. I've attached it so you can see where it's at right now.
