Good morning Gentlemen, I was unable to reach Dr. Holguin about the rescheduled court-martial dates (28 November - 1 December) until earlier this week. Based on the rescheduling he will no longer be available. However, Dr. Thomas Grieger is now available and the government has begun the process of contracting him. Dr. Holguin had not yet begun work on the case, and it was my understanding that the defense had not yet spoken to him. The government intends to substitute Dr. Thomas Grieger for Dr. Gabriel Holguin on its witness list. Dr. Greiger's expected testimony will be substantially the same as Dr. Holguin's.
