I'd like it to be the MASTER template for the Firm -- it will be used for Hashimy if he hires us on an annual basis as well. One of the most difficult things I deal with in bookkeeping is having to review each individual contract, every time we bill to make sure I understand what the terms are and what the billing rates are. Therefore, the more we can standardize specific contracts and use MOAs which will be easier to work/find/use, the better for the bookkeeper. Of course, this must be balanced with the needs of the business and the unique aspects of each client.
