Sounds great. Contract attached.
I'd like to ensure the business plan is not
released to anyone who has ever been with or represented Google (there are a lot
of them out there!)
And the numbers are flexible - we're able to work
with a min of $3mm as long as it represents a smaller minority equity
stake.
Finally, I would also like to offer Puckett
& Faraj an additional 3% deal if (i.e. your firm gets 3% of the equity stake
in addition to 3% of the cash for a total of 6%) if we can close something in
the next 60 days. I know it is not in the contract attached but if we
can close something by June 4, you have my word. If you want another paper
to state that we can add an addendum to the MSA, but I don't want to delay
getting this out. Just some icing on the cake.
I'm pumped and looking forward to
this!
And yeah - just let me know the dates you'll be in
town and if we haven't finished the shots I'll see if we can get you
in.
