Dan, Here is the BOI recommendation from CG 3d MAW. I expressly give permission for Haytham Faraj, Esq. and Capt Christian Hur to discuss the case with you as my new Defense Counsel, so that you and I can prepare in the event that there is final decision by I MEF CG or M&RA to show cause for retention. I plan to submit material as an addendum to this recommendation by the CG in the next 5 days to attempt to discourage the Show Cause Authority from requiring this step as it is an unnecessary measure that will be costly to the government and will create a circus if the government intends to bring up everything again (or more).
