Haytham - Here's the subpoena for Owens. I gave his statement to them after our e-mail exchange but they had already taken the below action. Not sure if they will still need to do the depo or not, but I imagine you and I should speak to the Govt next week. Maybe the statement will be enough, although the Govt counsel already pointed out the things Jeremy omitted. By the way, do you have a better copy of that statement? It's cut off and there seems to be a sentence or two missing.
