Good Afternoon Sir, 

Attached is the government's response to the defense motion to compel witnesses in the US v. SSgt Lopez case. There is no 39(a) on the docket to litigate these motions. A new PTO has not been signed since the continuance was granted pushing the trial dates forward to 3-12 August. I will confer with defense and submit a PTIR to docket a 39(a) session.
