Wilridge Audit

Ok Bethany, attached is the audit of Wilridge.  I've done a memo for record (to be placed on Firm Letterhead), printed and signed by Neal and then to be placed in the Wilridge File and three copies. (THIS MFR is INTERNAL USE ONLY)  See the MFR for the current status of the case (Haytham to finish it by end of Feb 11).  The three signed copies are to be placed in the 2008, 2009 and 2010 tax files for clarification of the money flow.

Memo for Record:

I've redone the Wilridge statement.  Neal needs to edit it and then put it on letterhead, print, signed and sent to Travis.  I DO NOT have is current address.  Please check for that.  Haytham told Neal he would send the address.

We will not be including any of the invoicing from QB nor creating any in TM.  The account is too confused.  The invoicing and the bank transactions do not match.  The following is the account statement to be sent to Travis directly per Haytham's direction.

Travis Wilridge Statement:

The Account summary is;  Travis has $3619.65 left in his account (I found a mistake of $337 overcharges in 2009 which we will account for on his next QB Invoice).  This will not show up in the QB memorized report.  That report function only applies to clients that we signed on in 2010.  The data from 2009 and 2008 in QB is not completely accurate.  Haytham has not done any work on this case since the last invoice in QB (# 416, dtd 10/4/10).

Way ahead.  Haytham will do work on this case between now and end of February 2011.  He will provide you the time.  It is at the $350 rate per hour plus expenses.  When Haytham provides the hours/expenses, put them in TMs and then we do a QB invoice per our standard procedure; except when we get to the point of putting the retainer on it, we are going to credit him the $337.00 we overcharged in 2009.  I will help you with this when it happens.

I know this is a bit confusing.  But it's as accurate as I can make it.  I've got all my worksheets on this and will put the MFR and the latest statement with them and put them in the 2010 Tax File and copy in the 2009 Tax File.

I'll be over shortly.
