Haytham, VSM stands for voluntary service medal. Brito went to SCM for wearing a VSM and a CAR. Apparently, he also was charged and found guilty of false official statement too for the same offenses.

I have tried to have 1/1 admin resubmit it on more than one occasion,
however they don't seem to be doing it. I think and know he should rate it
and have the write-up from when I submitted it. Knowing that it was not
approved though I'd have to say he doesn't rate to have it on. I can't put
it in IAPS only the
unit can submit it but here is what I gave them over and
over again.
