The Formatting has two separate footers a 1st page that is different than subsequent pages.

The client is only 18 and is still in High School. Mom, therefore, is actively involved. This is going to be a contingency fee agreement. We will be entitled to 40% plus fees and expenses. The matter is âLegal representation in a cause of action for violations of civil and human rights under Federal and Illinois state law.â
5.       I will be meeting with MC Times regarding Cpl Siddiqi and speaking to the producer of the Lou Dobbs show so they can assist with fund raising. Please advise on the best ways to raise funds in this case in a way similar to what we did in McCabe. This is essentially the same case with a less sexy client. Ideally, Iâd like to sit with you on Monday if you have time so we can discuss a fund raising strategy.
