Gentlemen, Capt Shinn earlier asked if we had the capability of recording any VTC deposition that we may do of Col Smith. The commander's conference room does not have the capability to record, so we would not be able to record any VTC deposition. There is another VTC capable conference room on base (for H&S Bn) but no one at Bn was aware if that facility had a recording capability.
