Hi Haytham,
I've enclosed the MSA with a few changes and a
new business plan. This plan has not been released - and we'd like to make
sure it doesn't get on the street. So if you can ensure NDA's to any
potential investors that would be great - but we also understand that certain
folks won't sign them.
Here are the changes:
- dates
- all references are to linear five, the company
holding the patent
- added up to $17 million for funding for
10-20%
- limited the amount of reimbursed expenses for
your team (not including the 3%)
If this is ok, I'm ready to sign it.
