US v. Wacker: Gov resp def mot MRE 413 (3 of 3)

Good Morning Sir,

Please find attached the final government response to the subject motion.

I believe that the only motion that the government has not submitted its response to yet is the UCI motion, which will be submitted by COB. My understanding is that we will not be litigating that motion this week except as far as discussion of which witnesses will be produced for the motion. The government has already provided the defense notice regarding which witness production requests for the UCI motion will be granted and which will be denied.

Very Respectfully,
Captain Evan S. Day

Good Morning Sir,

Please find attached the first government response to the defense motion to exclude evidence under MRE 413/404b. Because the government believes that the defense motion raises multiple distinct issues, the government has responded to that motion via separate responses.

Very Respectfully,
Captain Evan S. Day
