Gentlemen, FYI. I just attended the march. There was a rape victim (22 years ago), Katie, who spoke to the crowd of approximately 100-200 Marines. She went through the "no means no" but also recommended a new standard, "yes means yes", and to look for enthusiastic participation. She even stated that if you ask, even after a woman throws up, and she is a willing participant who still wants to hook up, then you have covered your bases. The 3d MAW CG, MGen Conant, and MCAS Miramar Station CO, Col Richie, spoke as well and stated that Katie had struck a chord with him (the CG).
