Client Major Edward "Ted" Card, USMC Status Update

Bethany, Neal tells me Ted Card got his charge sheet yesterday (3 counts of Art 118); he is stationed at Camp Pendleton. Haytham will send you the charge sheet to e-file in TM.

Attached is Card's, 1 year old contract with the Law Firm (before Eric and Debra); both the doc file, it's pdf and the signed pdf. It is for $150,000 (Art 32, GCM) with $30K the responsibility of Card. He has paid $10,000.00. The remaining 20,000.00 is due during the pretrial phase. The timing for the pretrial phase money due schedule isn't specified in the contract, but I believe Haytham's intent was another 10K for the Art 32 and the third 10K for the GCM. Haytham can clarify.

Please e-file all of this (the total of my Card File on the MAC computer) in TM. Haytham will coord all future billing and case support actions with you.

PS. Contract has 09 date on it; a mistake after the New Year last year. This case was locked in on 20Jan10.
