he was a possible investor and gave us $150K deposit. We have decided to work with another investor and I want to return his deposit but have him sign something that stipulates he has no rights etc. etc. to be an investor, has no claims etc. and our business is concluded in its entirety.
we can chat on this if you want more color. He is grumbling a bit that we went another way.
