Gentlemen, Here is the response from the MD State Bar. Col Smith doesn't address the other issues that I submitted to the Bar separately. Her response came before the Marine Corps Times article and the Bar's response after, although I'm certain they didn't know about the article and IGMC investigation. I think that we need to make a motion for discovery of all the IGMC records regarding Col Smith. The gov't will likely say that it is overbroad, but her actions seem to set a modus operandi of how things worked under her as the SJA and later as HQSVCBN CO. I think this is important to request prior to the Wrongful Withdrawal/UCI Motion on 24 Feb 11.
