Re: W-9 for Reporting 1099 Payment for Server

I am forwarding to you an earlier conversation between us when we setup the server.

The first attached document, Binder1.pdf, is a receipt that I printed from the NEWEGG.COM website from which I purchased the parts.

The attached document "invoice number.doc" is just another format of that receipt.

The third document, "invoice number2.doc", which is the billing statement of $480 total, shows the only amount that the person who set up the server earned. the other amount, $2345.57, must be treated as EXPENSE (and not billed as service because I did not earn that amount).

In brief, the first document binder1.pdf has an official receipt from NEWEGG.com that you can use for your own records, I guess. The only amount that maybe considered as income for me is $480.
