Here is the docs sent in to the VA in support of the request for reconsideration. Everything that they previously asked for was provided originally. So one of two things, either a, they are incompetent (very feasible) or b, they are deliberately messing with me, also possible.

Dean Mathisen copied below is the veterans rep from Congressman Lee Terry's office. Do you know Alan West or do you think another congressional inquiry would add value? Part of me would like them to receive tons of things until they do the right thing. Actually part of me would like a more direct retribution.
