I have tried to be fairly comprehensive in addressing everything. I will be forwarding across also the email that Laurel Hockey sent in for the most recent request for reconsideration which has multiple relevant files attached. I think it will be helpful. Please let me know if I have failed to provide any of the requested data. Most of the attachments that referenced in the letter will be in the subsequent email. All of this is really due to incompetence on their part.

1. CSSS.NET, other reference data they use is DUNS # 01-498-1224

2. Incorporated as an S corporation in the State of Nebraska under the name Client/Server Software Solutions, Inc. dba CSSS.NET. We have employees in 20 states and so pay employment taxes in all 20 states

3. Yes I am 100% owner

Please provide the following:

1. The full name of your company as it is registered with the CVE.

2. The State where CSSS is registered and the exact name it is registered under. Are you registered in any other jurisdictions. Please list all of them.

3. I believe you are the sole owner of the company. If not, who else has an interest in it.

4. Please provide a narrative of the process of being removed from the VetBiz database.

5. Provide me a copy of the correspondence you received notifying of the removal decision.

6. Please provide dates of when you were notified, when you responded, and when they came back to you with denying and asking for additional information which the already have.

7. Cite, if you can, the law or regulation that recognizes your right to be listed in the database.

8. Estimate to the best of your abilities the amount of damages you believe you have suffered as a result of VA’s failure to act on your request.

9. For jurisdictional reasons, is it fair to state that you engage in business in the District of Columbia?
