Re: Sadd v Dearborn Heights-Depositions of Sgt Learst and Officer Nason

I am available February 14th in the a.m.
Please note that in addition to the person or persons responsible for maintaining the MVRE System, our 30(b)(6) Notice requested the depositions of the following parties as well:
1. Police Systems Administrator;
2. Administrative Support Sergeant; and
3. Property Officer
Can you please provide the identity of these persons?

Good Morning Mr. Hadous. I spoke with Officer Learst. He is available on February 6th at 10 a.m. for his deposition. It will not be necessary to take the Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(b)(6) deposition on February 7th as Officer Learst is the same person.
I also spoke with Reserve Officer Nason. He is available for his deposition on February 6th at 2 p.m.
With regard to the February 10th depositions (Person(s) with knowledge of mobile video recording, etc.), Mr. Clark has a facilitation hearing on that day and is not available. He is available February 14, 15, 17, 20, 22 or 24th.
