     I spoke to support and management about Options to fix the account and there are two that will meet your goal of lowering your rate and getting rid of the cancellation fee.  We can reduce the video to $4.95/month which would make your monthly rate $71.90.  you can keep the outlet in the lobby.  At that point if you still want to cancel tv all together the cancellation cost would be significantly lower.  The other way is if I quote with phone service we can change your account at that time.  Please let me know how many phone lines you have at the office and I will send quote.  Thank you
