The settlement agreement is attached.  It is ready to go.  Call me to
discuss if you have questions.  Once you have reviewed it and you are ok
with it, I will forward it to Mr. Huways.  I recommend you do a sales
agreement.  There is probably a standard agreement that you can use that
auto dealers employ to sell vehicles.  If you don't have one or can't get
one, we will put one together for you.
