I have never received such notes from an expert when a report was provided. Moreover, I'm certain the go Ernest experts have similar notes. I have no reconnection of seeing their notes. I do not believe that these are discoverable do long as a report captures his conclusions. On the other hand if he expects to use these to testify or rely on them for recollections then I believe we should discover them on the prosecution.
