Sadek, Ghida and Chadi: I have contacted all the auto dealers. A and Z and Ahmad Kassem did not contact me back. I understand from Chadi that Ahmad Kassem is overseaas. The ones I contacted have agreed for me to represent them but not all of them have responded to my email. Only 4 of 9 have responded. I have completed everything that I can do on the blocked vehicles. This month we put together a package of all available dock receipts and created a spread sheet for OFAC for each individual dealer and attached the dock receipts for each dealer. OFAC has those. They asked for more clarification in November. We were finally able to get all that information to them last week. I consider work on this matter to be essentially completed. OFAC has EVERYTHING. The next step must be a lawsuit. As I explained before, I have prepared the law suit and it is ready to go. I did not bill Sallaum for that work. I will hold on to it unless the dealers hire me to sue for them because it is a law suit on behalf of the dealers. Haytham Faraj, Esq.
