M, Mariam has no special knowledge of clients. I don’t use her like Eric used Nick. Her knowledge of clients is the same as Mary Jo’s. She gets tasked with work and completes it. All contracts used to go to Bethany. She doesn’t even handle new client calls. She was directed to forward all inquiries to Bethany so that there wouldn’t be any confusion in the process of signing up new clients. She keeps no contracts, has no idea what clients get billed and has no information regarding how clients pay. All that information should be in Bethany’s files.
