RE: Wuterich trial coordination and prep

I've been able to bring a printer to court. It's not that hard. The
wireless is a nice to have. The printer in the courtroom will be
essential.

Haytham,

You are too funny! A copier!? In our trailer!? A printer? In the
courtroom area!?

WIRELESS IN THE COURTROOM!!!!? That's the funniest part!

I will do my very, very best, but I was meeting resistance on the IT
piece.

Meredith,

I understand that you found someone for us to replace Bethany. Thank you.
Following are a list of things that need to be coordinated before trial.

1. We need to have ready access to a copier in our trailer and some
access in the courtroom.

2. We need a small laser printer in the courtroom that we can all
plug into.

3. We will need a print capability in the trailer that we can all
print to

4. I request a rubber rifle for a demonstrative exhibit

5. We will need a flip chart and easel to use during trial

6. Files need to be organized as follows

a. All witness files should be organized by witness last names. I
am attaching the witness lists to this email. Each witness should have a
file that includes all statements made by that witness and any testimonial
immunity, media statements or interviews or correspondence provided to
that witness to secure that witnesses cooperation. The following
witnesses will need to have at least 6 copies made of each of their
statements, depositions and other documents. I have included summaries
for some of the most important witnesses in the case. More will be
forthcoming:

                                                               i.
Mendoza

                                                             ii. Dela
Cruz

                                                            iii.
Tatum

                                                           iv.
Sharratt

b. Trial file should include all trial documents including voir dire,
witness list, instructions (forthcoming)

c. Evidence file should include all exhibits organized by exhibit
name. Video evidence will be on my computer. I will provide an exhibit
list early next week.

7. It would be extremely helpful if we could have wireless internet
access in the courtroom.

Thank you Meredith
