Sadek,
OFAC came back to me last week asking for clarification on and for
additional information.  I need dock receipts for all the seized vehicles
and an accurate list by car and dealer.  I sent a spreadsheet to Chadi last
week be filled and sent back to me. You do not have to use it if you already
have a good list of the seized vehicles and dealers.  The reason we need
this is because OFAC has identified some cars that are not blocked which
were listed as blocked in the documents you gave me and some cars that
belong to a dealer that I do not represent.  These type of mistakes could
cause additional delays.  I am in DC this week.
