Jandali v. ADC attempt at settlement

Abed,

I am working on a letter to settle the Jandali matter but I feel somewhat restricted in writing it because I do not know whether your board will accept offering an apology which may or may not become public.  Nothing I wrote will be sent to the other side before you review it. Nonetheless, I feel, based on some of your past statements to me, that your board may not accept offering any type of apology.  Do I understand that correctly?  Do you have time to speak by telephone today?
