Hi Carol, We are scheduled for a pretrial conference in this case on the 15th. I am in a criminal trial from 12-16 December in the District of Columbia. I have coordinated with co-counsel and with Ms. Oberg. All are available for a pretrial on the 21st. Is the Judge available for a pretrial on the 21st?
