I met with Cindy Oberg yesterday to discuss some matters with her including the motion I filed yesterday and the pretrial conference on the 15th. She has agreed to March 26 though she is not supporting the motion. She did mention that she may seek to sever; so heads up. I am unavailable on the 15th because I will be in trial from the 12th to the 16th. I asked Cindy if she is available the week of the 19th. She said she is available on the 21st.
