Good morning Sir,

I wanted to let the court know that I spoke with the alleged victim in the
Rowe case.  Apparently she (or others on her behalf) has coordinated with
one or more local media outlets.  She expects media coverage during the
trial.

She did not give details as to the number of media members to expect, but
simply said "There are a lot of people watching this."  As far as I know
we have not received any notification from the media of an intent to
attend the court-martial, but I believe there is the possibility for media
coverage during the trial of Capt Rowe.
