I have edited and merged the two motions and the Orders that you wrote. They’re attached. Please go see Mr. Soueid and have him complete the financial afftdavit. It should be attached to the motion as an exhibit. Neal should sign the motion. It should then be delivered by hand to Judge Hilton’s chamber and given to his case manager. Please make sure that whomever delivers it tells the case manager that it is ex parte, even though it is obvious.
