I'd like to give you  notice that we will be filing a motion to compel
production of two witnesses, Capt Wilson and Maj Warren.  Due to our trial
prep we are behind in competing certain things.  That motion is one of them.
I expect I or Capt Shinn will file something by tonight.

I heard back from SA Buckmon (see below).  There is no additional recorded
conversation or record of any "side" conversation between her and Mrs. Klay.
You have indicated that you have her notes, but she has also indicated that
she is willing to discuss this with you if you feel the need to explore any
conversations that she had with Mrs. Klay about that phone call which are
not otherwise recorded.

Capt Combe,

I only recorded the conversation between ROWE and KLAY on the telephone.
The recorded conversation was then transcribed. There are several notes
from that day that are included in the case file.

The defense is requesting production of any side conversation or
additional recording that you made with 1stLt Klay on the day that you
conducted the recorded/pretext phone call.

Is there any such additional conversation or recording?  If there is
nothing in hard copy format, could the defense just speak with you about
that conversation?
