Also, this is a request not a list. I need you to please follow up and ensure government produces these witnesses. I'm troubled that this was forwarded in the first person from Rowe. This is now a statement from our client to the prosecutors. Ease ask them to delete it and not look at it. Let them know that it is privileged and was erroneously forwarded.
