Jim, Please review the attached witness request form. Each witness needs a billet and at least one method of contact. Under each witness’ name you will see a word that reads summary. Please state in your own words what the witnesses will say. If the witness is also testifying about your character, you will need to tell me how long that witness has known you, how you met and what he will say about your character. Please also identify 2-3 people from your career before 8th and I to testify about your character. A former SNCO would be great, or a Marine that you have led. I need you to immediately get a hold of your mental health records and forward me a copy. I intend to use PTSD to explain your use of alcohol and subsequent judgment failures regarding a relationship with Klay. I need you to grab ALL certificates, awards, letters, recommendations, commendations, medal awards, and get me a copy. Bring them with you on the 7th. I also need a copy of your OMPF.
