well i need to give you a quick update of the sharade that happened today. and the strange thing is i was still smiling till mark texted me just now
at 12:20 am our time.
anyway after all the phone calls and texting between me you and geff this morning. i get a call from Mark lawyer first before he calls sherbow
and then he called me . he was a bit upset about what she told him.
here s what she told him and i quote :" haytham acused you of malpractice :" also that you mentioned that he was misrepresenting
me and lying to me and that he never mentioned the $1500.00 to me ect.....
I assured him that she was playing us against each other.
anyway , this chic lawyer either clueless or have no ethics at all or both ...whatever you guys discussed shouldve stayed bet. you too.
she had no right to give you a bad image and trash geff like that. just don't trust her.
about Mark, he gave me a date 3 days ago ( ill make a copy of all text messages ) and told me he can see kids friday after court till sat at noon.
I agreed. today i was confirming pick up time and i asked him if he can keep them till 5 instead of 12. he said no the best he can do 10 in the morning.
I explained to him that he needed to give me a week notice thru my lawyer he didnt and yesterday he said 12 and today
he changed it to 10 . i cant do it i made plans . either 12 or we follow court order. he text and said whatever. that was this morning ..so he
waits like 8 hours and text me again and give me this crap that his flight got screwed up won't be in until 5:30 pm. so he doesnt want to
see them at all on friday. but he wants them on sat for few hours.
i said sorry i made plans. with the kids this weekend. these are the games that he plays. he is probably here till thursday or friday but too busy to see
the kids. yet he promises them and now they are expecting to see him :( .... and i did not call him not even one bad name , i was tempted though...
you told me earlier this month that you might not be here on the 30th because of a case u had..... I AM SO VERY SORRY WE BUGGED YOU TODAY.
YOU DO HAVE A VERY STRESSFULL JOB. i don't envy you.
PLEASE do not rush and go out of your way to be here sunday to meet ( geff told me ) with mark and his lawyer.
mark told me he is leaving sunday but i don't believe him.
like you said we are only asking for the child support he doesnt need to be here. I can bet you that we
will not get to an agreement. he is gonna drag this for as long as he can just to torture me.
we are not starving. we just have a lot of expenses. kids are expensive :) but we are good. lets do it the right way.
