Sadek and Chadi, I am working on drafting the complaint against OFAC and CBP. Please provide me the following information. I need to know the VIN, make, model, year, owner and place seized for each car. You already gave me listing of the owners/shippers and the cars they own. Now I need the location from where the cars were seized. Also, I need daily fee for storage of the cars at the various ports. I need a good estimate of the losses incurred by you and the shippers as a result of the seizure. I need an estimate from the shippers of how much value their cars lost sitting in the parking lots since January 26. I expect to have most of the complaint done today. I need this information to finish it. Once I complete it I’m going to send it to OFAC and CBP and of course I’ll send you a copy.
