Background investigation of Christopher Cynowa

Mr. Miller,

I am defending a defamation law suit in cook county.  The plaintiff is a man by the name of Christopher Cynowa.  He also went by the name of Christopher Belrichard.  Cynowa was a resident of Illinois and is in the IT field.  He alleged that one of the employees in the company that my client owns said that he owns an AK-47.  It has become apparent from depositions of Cynowa that he may have some character issues that we may be able to use in trial.  Specifically, I believe that Mr. Cynowa has some violence in his past.  He has been married 4 times, has had some allegations of domestic violence- though this allegation appears to be made up by the ex-wife.

I basically need to have a better idea of Cynowa’s background, what his neighbors in the Chicago area thought of him, if he ever spoke about having an AK-47 or other weapon and whether you can find people that believe him to be an untruthful person or a liar.  Cynowa now lives in Arizona.

Please let me know how to proceed with this type of investigation.

Best,

Haytham Faraj, Esq.
