There are several errors on the front page, grammar, syntax, and punctuation. I’ve been looking and reading through. It looks good but we need to make some editorial changes. I wrote a lot more content that doesn’t appear. Not sure what happened there, especially regarding sentencing, appeals and criminal justice process. The word “federal” appears way too often and makes no sense in some instances. Defendants do not have “federal” rights. They have constitutional rights or just rights. This is what I emailed you about after my second chop. I recognize that in order to optimize the page we need to ensure that certain words appear but that should not be to the detriment of proper word usage and form. The appeals page is not very useful as it currently reads. It talks about an Act establishing appellate courts. I have not checked that information and frankly don’t know if it’s accurate.
