It’s I.M.A.M. Foundation. That is the landlord. Rent is $1300 per month. I managed to get them to waive the deposit since we are a law firm etc… and they didn’t ask for last month’s rent. I need a check for $1300 for September’s rent. The Comcast bill is around $250 but that covers August and September as well as installation. I included the invoice in the envelope.
