Working on it.  I am straddling an ethical line.  I am working through a 3rd
party to get this done to ensure that I'm not violating any ethical rules.

Any luck with the Owens affidavit?  I am sure we can get a deal in this
case, but we have to have the testimony of Owens solidified before the CG
will entertain a deal.
