These matters remain under review. I recognize your clients' concerns but
unfortunately I'm unable to estimate how long it will be before you receive
a response in each case. Rest assured the wheels are turning and the

Good morning Mr. Kane,

I am writing to follow up on the matter of the blocked vehicles.  Would you
be so kind as to let me know the status of my application.  My  clients are
eager to resolve this matter.  They continue to incur storage fees, suffer
value depreciation, and of course cannot recover any of the value of the
vehicles because they cannot sell them.  A status update would be
appreciated.  Thank you.
