RE: Oral argument

Let’s discuss it when I come into town.  I’d love to do it but I want to make sure I’m prepared.  Even if I’m in trial I’ll take a half day off.

Partner,

Is there any way YOU could do the oral argument?  I confidentially told Dwight this week how disappointed you and I were with Babu's performance last time.  He said he couldn't do it because of his current duties (too busy), and said that schedule wise, Babu was he only one who could work it in.

If you don't go to trial, you could do moots with those guys to prep.  Would be a great experience and resume builder!
