James, My address is 22167 Morley Ave., Dearborn, MI 48124. I received a letter yesterday from the homeowners association saying that I am in violation of the HOA rules because there are oil and rust stains on the driveway. Please have them removed as soon as possible before I get fined. Home depot has some concrete oil stain and rust remover. You can also hire someone to do it if you like.
