Sgt Hoey,
This case was continued because of witness issues that arose as a result of
the facts of the case.  Those matters were recently resolved by the court
during a 39a session.  Page 56 matters include witness lists and voir dire
as well as cleansed charge sheet and pleas.  There is NO WAY to get such
things done before the court decided the matters in the 39a.  Please forward
the motion to the judge for reconsideration.  This is not a continuance but
a request to extend the filing date of page 56 matters by one day.

This case has been continued since late May.  Page 56 matters should have
been completed for that trial date and the court will not be granting
extensions for these matters.  Please continue to Cc Colonel Whitson but
until he is in a drill status the Circuit Military Judge will rule on all
matters.
