Apologies for not addressing the Saleh request earlier; I misunderstood and
thought it had been addressed previously.

The Acting SJA, MAJ DiRocco, has denied the request.  At this point, as
we're referred and there is a detailed MJ, I don't think you need anything
more formal than that.  COL Pohl can rule on any motion from Defense at this
point.
