RE: Questions to answer

In receipt. Thanks. Did you get the psych report? Do you think youâre psychologist can provide with a similar report? When I say similar I donât mean the same. I mean a comprehensive evaluation that discusses your PTSD and its impact on you.

Hi Haytham here you go

1. One time Iraq Mar-Oct 2005
2. Third Battalion 25th Marines Lima CO. WPNS PLT
3. I personally participated in numerous engagements, and at least 10 Combat Missions.
4. Need more info don't know all casualties by name.
5. I am paranoid and always on the alert I feel like everyone is the enemy.
6. I would reverse the death of my best friend HM3 Travis L Youngblood. Because he never was able to meet his newborn daughter Emma, who was born right after he passed away.
7. I have trouble sleeping due to nightmares, and seeing faces, and hearing voices in my head. Over sensitive to loud noises such as fireworks. Memory issues due to multiple head concussions suffered from IED blasts while in Iraq on patrol.

Hey Travis,

Please provide answers to the following:

1.  How many times did you deploy into a combat environment?

2.  What are the units that you deployed with?

3.  How many engagements and missions did you participate in?

4.  Please describe ini detail every engagement you participated in, include names of casualties, dates and your participation?

5.  What impact have the engagements you participated in had on you?

6. If you had magical powers and were able to reverse something that happened to you what would it be and why? (this is a real question).

7. How has PTSD and TBI affected your daily life?

Thanks Travis
