I have a lawyer with my midwest office licensed in Michigan, his name is Haytham Faraj.  We split things 50/50 he and I when I have a Michigan case.  He is dynamite.  He also is in CA regularly,  Haytham Faraj <haytham@puckettfaraj.com>.  Lets make sure the policy is open and it is to the client's benefit to do the case.  It'd be cool to split the fees and costs 3 ways.

See the attached.  My friendâs family was in from Michigan.  They were driving my friendâs car (my friend, Cassra, was not in the car).  In the car were Dr. Mohamman Arbabi, his wife Azadeh Arbabi, daughter Rahimina, and mother in law Fatemeh Hashemi.  They are CRUSHED from behind.  All go to ER.  Fatemeh has subdural hematoma, broken bones, head injury.  They are all still hurt, all live in Michigan.

We got the global 30K policy from at fault driver (15/30 policy)
We got the global 30K policy from the owner of the car (my friend, Cass, had a 30/60 UIM Policy)
Dr. Arbabi, the driver, has a 500K UIM policy limit.  Per my conversation with their adjuster, they do not wish to pay it, and think the claim is worth far less, and think our client does not have a brain injury.  This shit needs worked up, and arbitrated.  Big damages here buddy.

Are you ready?
